Once we understand your light-level requirements and energy saving objectives, we will undertake a lighting audit to determine current light levels and installed lighting technologies, specify appropriate replacement products and complete the light design taking into account any anticipated changes within the facility. This will allow us to develop a detailed investment proposal which will include the capital expenditure requirements of the project together with energy cost savings and the return on investment that can reasonably be expected. Thereafter, should you wish to proceed, we will source and install the selected products and, following successful commissioning, hand-over the project with all of the close-out documentation.
